Amy Perkins is the new Clinical Supervisor for the Arizona Andrology Laboratory and Cryobank, a separate but integral division of the International Center for Vasectomy Reversal, and an important part of care for our vasectomy reversal patients. Whether you have questions regarding semen analysis, sperm counts, sperm freezing and storage, or environmental / medical impact on sperm counts, Amy is there for you. Having completed her B.S. in Reproductive Physiology and now finishing her masters in the same, Amy brings a strong foundation to the Arizona Andrology Laboratory and Cryobank. During the reversal, Amy reviews and analyzes the fluid from the vas, determining sperm count, quality, motility and forward progression. Amy then calls into her lab your wife or partner, to view what we are seeing on the monitor. You get to see the sperm as we do in the operating suite. Amy then gives a sperm class to your wife or partner, to help her better understand sperm anatomy and function. Amy allows us to offer to all patients, state-of-the-art banking services. We are very excited to have her on board.

Sandy Garza is our Certified Medical Assistant. Her charm and grace give our patients the comfort and security they deserve. Sandy handles all nursing questions before, during, and after surgery. She is also responsible for getting our patients through the medical clearance process for surgery. Sandy brings an extensive medical background to ICVR which includes a total of 15 years experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Internal Medicine. She also brings experience as a senior manager for staffing and recruiting for medical offices. Sandy is a devoted mother of five wonderful children and two amazing grandchildren. She loves sports, cooking, and helping others. She always has a smile on her face and brings comfort to everyone she comes in contact with. We are blessed to have her as a part of our ICVR family.

Whitney A. Lindley is our Director of Public Relations and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arizona. She has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Her goal is to promote the focus of Vasectomy Reversals for those couples who are trying to start a family together but feel it is not a possibility due to the vasectomy. She focuses her positive attitude, time, and energy into collaborating with all media sources to brand this fascinating procedure so couples can make their dreams of conceiving a reality. In her spare time she likes to engage in a game of basketball with her husband, Mark. She also volunteers her time with high school students by teaching the fundamentals of the workplace. With her strong presence and bright smile she is a great asset to ICVR, and we are lucky to have her.
